Rougarou add Paris Infielder to Roster for Inaugural Season

Baton Rouge, La - May 21, 2019 - The Rougarou have signed Paris Junior College infielder Kyle Boudreaux for its inaugural season this summer. Kyle Boudreaux is in his Sophomore season for the Paris Junior College Dragons. Boudreaux played for the Angelina College Roadrunners in his freshman season of college.

Kyle Boudreaux, a five-foot-seven, 150 pound infielder graduated from George Ranch High School in 2017. Boudreaux played second baseman and third baseman there. At George Ranch High School, Kyle Boudreaux was a varsity letterman for three years. He was the leadoff hitter in his junior and senior years in high school. Boudreaux has experience in the Texas Collegiate League having played for the defending champion Victoria Generals in the 2018 summer season. Boudreaux played 16 games with the Victoria Generals racking up 10 hits and 4 RBIs.

Boudreaux, a championship caliber player, is a valuable contribution to the Rougarou in its inaugural season this summer. Kyle Boudreaux has had substantial experience at several different levels including high school, college, and summer league collegiate baseball. The Baton Rouge Rougarou are excited for what Boudreaux can do this summer and cannot wait to get him to Baton Rouge.
